On October 7–8, amidst the golden autumn season, the entire staff of Jinli Lightning Protection traveled to Ningguo, Xuancheng, for a two-day, one-night team-building event themed "Venturing into the Wild, Growing Together." The trip was designed to foster personal growth through outdoor challenges and to strengthen team cohesion.

Upon arrival in Ningguo, the team kicked off the outdoor excursion by breaking down departmental barriers through ice-breaking activities and team formation, by a taste of local farmhouse cuisine.

At Dayewawa, fully equipped with safety gear, the team immersed themselves in nature—engaging in stream trekking, fish catching, and pool diving—effectively relieving work-related stress. The evening featured a campsite dinner at Chujiatan, where colleagues bonded through lively conversation and talent showcases, all set against a backdrop of spectacular fireworks.

The following day, the team tackled a hike up Tiejiang Mountain. Despite the rugged and challenging terrain, colleagues supported and encouraged one another, working together to reach the summit. They were rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views of the mountain range, having successfully overcome a test of both physical stamina and willpower.

This event not only strengthened the team physically but also forged a spirit of resilience and determination to face challenges head-on. Moving forward, the Jinli Lightning Protection team will channel the insights gained from this experience into renewed momentum, working in unison to achieve new goals.
