In response to the frequent safety hazards of power distribution facilities in Hebei Province during the flood season in recent years, he explained in detail the core requirements of the "General Specifications for Flood Control and Waterlogging Prevention of Power Distribution Facilities in Civil Buildings", including key technical measures such as the site elevation of the distribution room and the layout standards of power distribution facilities in multi-story underground garages. He pointed out that the implementation of this specification will significantly enhance the city's disaster resilience, and called on companies to combine intelligent monitoring technology to achieve dynamic risk prevention and control.
