Employee physical and mental health is a crucial foundation for work and life. Jinli Electric attaches great importance to employee health and regularly organizes exercise check-in activities. Recently, the company conducted emergency first aid and disease prevention training for two consecutive days to put health protection into practice.

The training courses were consistent and taught by instructors Zhang Hongye and Jiao Yanchun, allowing employees in different positions to participate at different times. The training was conducted in the production workshop, utilizing spare time for group learning.

The training focused on explaining the handling methods for common accidents such as trauma, electric shock, and drowning, and popularized the "golden 4 minutes" of first aid for cardiac arrest. The instructors demonstrated the complete cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) procedure and explained in detail the key points of using an AED (Automated External Defibrillator). Employees practiced chest compressions and artificial respiration on mannequins, combining theory with practice to effectively master first aid skills.

In addition, the training explained the pathogenic factors of hypertension, diabetes, gout, and some common cancers, reminding everyone to screen and intervene early for serious diseases. It advocated remembering four key health points: a balanced diet, moderate exercise, mental balance, and regular physical examinations.
